**FINANCE & ADMIN OFFICER**
Shahidah Group of Companies is looking for an experience Finance and Admin Officers.
**Responsibilities**
Data entry for full set of accounts for the group of companies
Prepare bank reconciliation
Verify collections and receipts
Processing of vendor invoices and payment vouchers
Prepare quarterly GST returns
Prepare monthly payroll and CPF submission
Prepare and maintain fixed asset register
Prepare schedule for prepayment, accruals and other journals
Prepare financial statements and schedules
Prepare year-end financial reports
Assist in yearly audit
Admin work to run the office, buy stationery and any ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Min 1-3 years relevant with working experience
Proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks or any accounting software
Proficient in JustLogin or any payroll software
Meticulous and keen in details
Able to multi task
Able to commence work within short notice period
Salary up to $2,500 to 3,000 depending on qualification and experience
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm
Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm
