**About the Team**

ByteDance's cPaaS platform serves both internal and external clients. We are using our algorithm strategy to dispatch huge SMS/voice/E-mail traffic to enhance the experience of billions of people. With the rapid expansion of business, we are currently looking for skilled operator, with virtue of considerable operational experience and full support capacity, to help the platform serve customers in Singapore, optimize our routing quality, and provide a more structured cPaaS product.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with internal or customers’ tickets and reacting to alerts by defining the problem, troubleshooting, and providing solutions
- Continuously help to improve the operational management systems,notification platform, tools, processes with the best practices
- Cooperate with internal business and commercial analysts to conduct market research. Manage and optimize the cPaaS service routing
- Response and deal with alerts from the cPaaS platform, continuously optimize the performance of different products ,like SMS, E-mails, Number Insight, etc.
- Learn and understand the new trends of cPaaS markets(RCS,5G msgs,etc), help the R&D team of notification platform to build new products of the cPaaS Service
- Deal with operators' regulation requirements, provide suitable suggestions and solutions to the cPaaS platform

**Qualifications**
- Have a deep understanding of operators' resources and knowledge on SMS/Voice/5G
- Strong skills in data analysis and operation, excellent coordination and communication skills
- Passionate and responsible for delivering excellence
