The incumbent will report to the Assistant Director, Outbound Exchange Team.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide student advisory to potential and current outbound (semester exchange) NTU students through one-on-one clinic sessions, briefings, and host university-matching.
- Co-plan and conduct engagement activities such as informational talks, Partner Talks, and clinic sessions to educate NTU students about semester exchange programme.
- Provide event support for department-wide event such as GEM Fair as platform to connect partners, inbound students and NTU students to promote OGEM's mobility programmes that contributes to achievements of KPIs.
- Provide support for activities to maintain close monitoring and student engagement for GEM Explorer Students.
- Manage main communication channel for the programme (GEM Explorer Role-Base Account).
- Prepare reports for student's completion of pre-departure tasks necessary for Risk Management Audit.
- Conduct statistical reports on GEM Explorer Vacancy utilization.
- Maintain tracking of individual issues faced by students and prepare reports for Partnership Team's follow up.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Polytechnic Graduates with at least 5 years of work experience may be considered based on relevant experience, aptitude and proven track record.
- Highly organised and detailed oriented.
- Possess data management and intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Possess effective Communication skill.
- Student-centric / service-oriented.
- Must be a team player.
