Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will report to the Assistant Director, Outbound Exchange Team. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide student advisory to potential and current outbound (semester exchange) NTU students through one-on-one clinic sessions, briefings, and host university-matching.- Conduct engagement activities such as informational talks, Partner Talks, and clinic sessions to educate NTU students about semester exchange programme.- Manage semester exchange programme learning resources.- Manage recruitment of GEM Ambassador students including conducting interviews.- Provide support for activities to maintain close monitoring and student engagement for GEM Explorer Students and GEM Ambassador programme.- Strategically and proactively promote assigned regions as ideal destinations for exchange.- Edit/ create new and engaging learning resource content to guide students on planning for exchange.- Propose and create new formats of student resources that are effective and align with student’s mode of preference (text, animation, social media platforms, videos etc).- Manage Unibuddy platform (peer-to-peer engagement software) and ensure that the platform is active and utilised fully by NTU students.- Conduct statistical reports on GEM Ambassador Programme and utilization of peer-to-peer engagement software-Unibuddy. Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Polytechnic Graduates with at least 7 years of work experience may be considered based on relevant experience, aptitude and proven track record.- Highly organised and detailed oriented.- Possess data management and intermediate MS Excel skills.- Possess effective Communication skill.- Student-centric / service-oriented.- Must be a team player.
