We are seeking an exceptional Programme Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing course outlines and timetables.
- You will work closely with other units on office projects and events, ensuring seamless programme delivery.
- This is a key position that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Faculty Matters
- Coordinate and process teaching payments for instructors.
- Procure materials needed for education and contract with vendors and instructors.
- Overall Programme Management
- Ensure programmes run smoothly and effectively.
- Deliver service excellence in assisting students.
- Monitor student demands and feedback on courses.
- Class Timetable Scheduling and Course Registration
- Coordinate and manage course outlines and timetables.
- Communicate to students on coursework matters.
- Prepare information for instructors before each semester.
- Student Record Management
- Monitor students' workload and progress.
- Respond promptly to student matters, including leave of absence applications.
- Exam Processing
- Track and monitor timely upload of marks by faculty members.
- Compile marks and Board of Examiners' reports.
- Student Feedback
- Prepare data for the Student Feedback System.
- Compile feedback reports and monitor follow-ups.
- Event Management and Liaison
- Work closely with other units on office projects and events.
- Perform other duties assigned by Programme Directors.
- Secretariat Support
- Provide secretariat support to Head of Department.
