**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Development**:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Medtech industry, including partnerships with leading medical device manufacturers.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide innovative precision engineering solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- **Technical Collaboration**:Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the alignment of technical capabilities with client requirements.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- **Proposal Management**:Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and agreements to potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in **sales or business development**, preferably within the **precision engineering**or **medical technologies**sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in related to **Precision**Engineering/Business**, advanced qualifications are a plus.
- **Willingness to travel overseas frequently**for business matter.
