Job Title: Senior HR Executive (Recruitment)
Location: Tampines
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.00 am-5.30 pm
Basic: up to $5500

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle such as job posting, screening, interview arrangements, conducting reference checks and pre-onboarding processes.
- Consistently update hiring managers on the interview outcome and come up with recruitment status report for tracking and Management.
- Analyze the need to participate in job fairs or other outside activities to recruit necessary applicants. Organize and participate in such efforts.
- Act as single point of contact for all recruitment / search agencies / temporary agencies.
- Conduct behavioral interview and basic interviewing techniques training to teams involved in interviewing process. Provide leadership, coaching and expertise to hiring management/team.
- Conduct exit interviews for all employees as requested.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of recruitment experience overseeing end to end recruitment; preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Good knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodology.
- Knowledge of Excel V-lookup, Pivot, Outlook, database management,
- Flexibility: A willingness to meet job requirements above personal goals.
- Open-mindedness & positive attitude: A willingness to change as the position leads the way to new processes and changes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Degree or diploma holder preferably in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- **Possess SAP experience is an added advantage.**:
