B2b Sales Specialist

Our mission is to drive growth and success for our clients through innovative and agile solutions. We are seeking dedicated and experienced B2B Appointment Setting Specialists to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert B2B leads through to close or to an appointment as required.
- Undertake a combination of outbound and inbound call activity and lead engagement as required.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Conducting client meetings and providing support, information and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and achieve targets for the client.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to enhance outreach efforts.
**What you will need to succeed**
- A Diploma/Degree in Business or similar would be desirable although not mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B and or B2C sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
