With a capacity of around 400 beds, Peacehaven Nursing Home provides compassionate, individualized, holistic care to all without discrimination. We offer a comprehensive gamut of services to care for the sick, frail and elderly who have physical or mental disabilities with mínimal or no appropriate caregiver support at home.

The Home has 14 separate Resident Living Areas (RLAs), each designed as an individual home-like environment. Hope RLA is specially designed to meet the needs of relatively independent residents with dementia.

Peacehaven Nursing Home has also been awarded the bizSAFE level 3 status which affirms our commitment to safety and health standards at the workplace.

DESIGNATION : Human Resources Manager (PHNNH)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**About the Job**

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the HR Manager administers the operations of the Human Resources Department and coordinates functions related to Peacehaven Nursing Home human resources programs, procedures, policies, employee benefits, and labour agreements.

**Key responsibilities**
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll.
- Be a thought partner to the management team and lead the HR team towards providing comprehensive HR service & initiatives.
- Leverage on suitable government workforce initiatives and grants to support organizational growth.
- Develop and implement the training plan.
- Handle employees’ relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and other employee disputes.
- Support employees’ wellness programme.
- Oversee all Compensation and Benefits including researching to establish salary benchmarking and to ensure alignment to market and company budgets.
- Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration.
- Prepare statistics, financial returns, information, surveys, and report.
- Plan and facilitate performance appraisal exercise and develop job evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Manage foreign staff housing arrangement.
- Manage HR funding sources and ensuring timely submission.
- Administer funding and claim submission, including putting up proposal to HQ.
- Support the organization manpower planning, budgeting and operational budget.
- Undertake assignments and projects as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent..
- Strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle pressure and handle multiple tasks.
