**What the role is**
- You design, review and implement policies and processes to govern the management of manpower establishments in MINDEF/SAF; and to ensure that MINDEF/SAF is structured appropriately to achieve its mission in an efficient and sustainable manner. On this, you ensure control and accountability over manpower establishment through the review of the governance framework for the creation, management and deletion of manpower establishments.

**What we are looking for**

You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of strong analytical and writing skills is essential. You must be meticulous and have capacity to deal with details. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Proficiency in Power BI and/or Qliksense will be advantageous. You should be pro-active and resourceful to innovate and drive new ideas and change. You should be able to work independently. Appointment will commensurate with your experience.
