If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and the challenge of redefining what good service means to people, this position is for you. In the process, learn how operations is managed for an online store, from inbound operations such as freight forwarding and receiving shipments, to outbound operations such as picking and packing, working with 3rd party couriers and managing our in-house delivery fleet.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Enhance and upload new product images, preferably with some proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Design banners and setup Official Flagship webstores for different brands in Marketplace
- Conduct regular pricing checks.
- Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to the warehouse.
- Respond to platform chat to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement online marketing materials for promotions on various e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Facebook, and the company website.
- Select suitable colours and layouts for each graphic, collaborating with the team to create the final designs for diverse marketing campaigns. Ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand's style.
- Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance.
- Creating artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software (Preferably some knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) Maintaining Brand Image and Video Library

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with any issues they face when they shop with us, including product enquiry, delivery or order related enquiry.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Process-oriented and good attention for detail
- Good time management skills and able to keep to the deadlines.
- Having prior experience in an e-commerce setting or Marketplace Platforms, will be advantageous.
