Singapore NOVATEK GAS & POWER ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd., is currently looking for an Office Executive to join our dynamic and growing team in Singapore.

**Background**:
JSC Novatek is the largest private owned gas company in Russia. Today it is the major shareholder of Yamal LNG project, Arctic LNG 2 and are also a shareholder and offtaker of the small-scale LNG plant in Vysotsk. The LNG production is expected to grow rapidly with upcoming LNG projects.

Novatek Gas and Power Asia Pte. Ltd. is the trading company for JSC Novatek’s LNG with rapidly growing LNG volume to trade and deliver and is looking at expanding its business in the downstream sector of the ever-growing LNG consumption centres.

**Responsibilities**:

- To report to Office Manager in regard to overseeing the daily operation of the office premises;
- To support Office Manager with communication with outsourced companies such as event and travel agencies, Interior Design and Construction companies, hospitality providers, etc.
- To manage flight booking and hotel reservations for company's employees upon request;
- To provide general support to visitors;
- To manage office mails and courier services;
- To maintain proper look of front desk, meeting rooms and pantry place;
- To manage stationery and pantry supplies on constant basis (collating supplies request, ordering, replenishing and controlling of supplies and ensuring delivery schedule);
- To support Office manager in organising company's corporate events and related projects (parties, arrangements for visitors, company move, renovation, etc)
- Maintenance (in collaboration with IT Manager) of office equipment operation such as computer, computer sever, voice messaging system, fax machine, photocopier, set-up of video conferences and teleconferences.
- Execute Safety Management Officer duties on the responsible office premises.
- To be back up of Office manager on all related duties during vacation periods.
- To execute other ad hoc tasks upon request.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience of office supporting work
- Being a good communicator, multi tasker and problem solver
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Being disciplined and attentive to details
