The mission of the Youth Preventive Service (YPS) Group of the Health Promotion Board (HPB) is to promote good health through early detection and intervention to reduce ill health among the school-going children and youth. The services provided by the Group include health and dental screening, immunisation, and lifestyle intervention programmes.

You will be a part of the Strategic Operations Department that drives process optimisation and digital transformation, to achieve operation efficiency and quality services.

**What You Can expect**

As a member of the Strategic Operations Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the Group. You will serve as the operational control tower, providing strategic and operation analysis and insights to inform executive decision-making and policy reviews. You will also plan and lead process re-engineering projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and enhance the YPS risk management framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and develop operational excellence strategies, including the Operational Excellence and OpsTech Strategy Blueprint
- Implement operational technology solutions to optimize patient care operations and outcomes
- Serve as the operational control tower, overseeing real-time operations performance metrics, coordinating resources, and providing critical insights to the YPS Management team for strategic decision-making and policy reviews
- Liaison between cross-functional departments and divisions to facilitate collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Lead regular review of the YPS Group’s risk management framework for continuous improvement, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks to maintain organizational resilience and service continuity
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related field. Healthcare and/or clinical operations preferred, but not necessary for consideration
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and leading strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
- Proven results in working with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry best practices in operational excellence and digital transformation
