Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

The primary goal of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a business, ensuring they are run in a cost-effective manner. Key responsibilities include improving operational management systems, processes and best practices, maintaining legal compliance, formulating strategic objectives and examining financial data to increase profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.

  • Manage budgets and forecasts.

  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.

  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Leadership ability.

  • Outstanding organisational skills.

  • Diploma in Business or related field.
