Our Healthcare client is looking for a Manager/Assistant Director to manage and lead ground operations.

**Responsibilities (Assistant Director)**
- Lead, guide, and manage ground operations and support staff.
- Drive patient-centric initiatives across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Implement strategic plans and undertake key development projects.
- Formulate business proposals for cost-effective and sustainable care models.
- Manage performance indicators and align operations with TTSH's strategic directions. Demonstrate proven leadership qualities and management competency.

**Responsibilities (Manager)**
- Assist in managing the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals in surgical care.
- Administer collaborations, clinical operations support, service contracts, and project management activities.
- Lead process improvements and ensure efficient operations for patient care.
- Partner with clinical leads to drive patient-centric initiatives.
- Formulate business proposals for cost-effective care models. Provide oversight on general administration and HR matters.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience for Assistant Director position and at least 6 years of relevant experience for Manager position.
- Exposure to healthcare financials and hospital operations preferred.
- Strong English fluency and numerical skills required.
- Meticulous, analytical, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to think at a system level and work in a fast-paced environment.
