**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and recommend process improvement, together with business users and technology team, to enhance customer journey, improve productivity effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prior experience in automation tools such as RPA will be advantageous.
- Performing gap/problem analysis on processes and provide recommendation for change and mitigation of risks.
- Ensure the team’s daily processing are within SLA standards and escalate timely for potential risk events Work with the Department Head in building up the team’s risk management practices.
- Update staff promptly of any changes to internal workflow/operational procedures to avoid work errors.
- Develop and execute a cross-train plan as part of development plan for the team members.
- Work with the Department Head to drive initiatives to drive the engagement level of the department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree Holder
- Preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience in operations / process re-engineering function.
- In-depth understanding of risk and controls in operations
- Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to think objectively and 'think outside the box' when analyzing issues
- Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communications skills, driving outcomes through influence and negotiations
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Team player, self-motivated and resourceful
