Our client is one of the biggest IT provider, specializing in providing innovative solutions and infrastructure to their customers.
They are currently hiring for the position of Corporate IT and Network Engineer(Japanese Speaking), who will be responsible for IT Infrastructure and Network Projects in the Global IT and Security Services Unit Corporate under MIS at APAC HQ.
System and network operation, as well as monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to ensure contractual requirements are met.
This position will maintain long-term healthy relationships across all corporate ITs on the globe, acting as a bridge between users and system owners.
This position is required to report to the Manager.
【What you will be working on】
- Lead and drive the daily operations for the assigned projects.
- Participate in IT infrastructure and network upgrading projects
- Infrastructure management; corporate IT and network infrastructure and its configuration management
- Closely monitor SLA for open cases. Ensure issues are prioritized, responses are made, or cases are escalated within the SLA.
- Communicate with key holders in Japan and overseas ITs on operational support daily
- Provide the system owners with relevant reporting and trend analysis statistics to pro-actively support and improve service level
- Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally.
- Maintain long-term healthy relationships across global corporate ITs, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
- ** Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
- Possess proficiency in both English and Japanese as well as a positive outlook on work. JLPT N1 or higher Japanese proficiency is recommended for effective communication with Japanese keyholders.
- At least 1 year of IT/Network operation experiences
- More than 2 years experience of IT outsourcing experience with proven ability to work in large groups and for large accounts to lead large teams is highly preferred
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network problems
- Ability to work with users of different levels
- Fast learner, independent, able to work with minimum supervision in fast paced environment under pressure.
- Able to think creatively and work under pressure
- Willing to travel overseas once per quarterly (Japan, Asian Countries, etc.) (depending on the COVID restriction)
- Require to travel to APAC countries once per half-yearly (Japan, Asian Countries)
