Our client is a well-known Japanese construction company, presently hiring a Specialist in Corporate Planning.
【What you will be working on】
- Provides corporate planning support and tender review support to the Manager
- Financial Reports and data management
- Preparation of the financial summary reports to the Management, based on the various financial documents submitted by subsidiaries and regional offices.
- Analyse current and past financial data and performance.
- Create any materials to satisfy various purposes as required.
- Report to the Manager and Management on a monthly or required basis.
- Manage financial-related data and the database.
- Prepare the documents for corporate business strategy based on the management instructions
- Incorporate information obtained from group companies and regional offices into the business plan.
- Support to develop presentation material for management.
- Tender review and internal coordination
- Review the tender document and do the risk analysis
- Analyse client financial credit
- Review internal meeting documents to get approval from HO following HQ tender approval criteria.
- Support in preparation of internal Audit for HQ
- Coordinate for group company's BOD meeting
- Collect market and competitor's data and do the analysis for business planning
- **Requirement**:

- 【What they're looking for】
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years to experience in corporate planning function
- Strong skill in analysing financial current and past data.
- Working experience in contract management in construction or Engineering industries is an advantage
- Business-level English language and Japanese language (minimum JLPT N1) skills in writing/listening/speaking are essential in order to be able to communicate directly with Japanese HQ
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:45
