**About the Company**

Our client is a global provider of managed network solutions with offices in all the major cities in the world.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a **Network Support Engineer (Japanese-speaking)** to provide support and see to the resolution of incidents on network connectivity issues for Japanese-market corporate customers.
- Analyse and troubleshoot incoming tickets;
- Resolve technical issues faced by clients involving their network connectivity;
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant partners to reach resolution;
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the incident management process;
- Contribute to technical support knowledge base;
- Test new services to ensure that they meet the required standards, and support related business requirements cross-functionally.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Networking or Telecommunications;
- Related certifications such as CCNA would be an advantage;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably within a network operations centre;
- Hands-on knowledge of networking technologies;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Professional-level proficiency in Japanese to address and resolve technical problems faced by Japanese-speaking customers;
- Excellent team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to stay focused and task-oriented.

**Employment Details**:

- This role requires rotational day-shift work, including weekends;
- Transportation claims provided for certain shifts;
