Our client is a Japanese Energy firm. They are currently looking for a Corporate Planning & Admin to join their esteemed organisation. The main function of this role is to support the corporate business by liaising with the head office in Japan as well as each group company throughout Asia.
- 【What you will be working on】- Supporting the process of establishing new group companies in Singapore.
- Preparing and running shareholder meetings and team meetings for overseas business divisions, as well as translating and interpreting in Japanese.
- Following up thoroughly and diligently carrying out each process in the new company plans, including fulfilling deadlines.
- Researching the status of each start-up firm invested by the Singapore branch and planning the next steps.
- Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by the Manager

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】
- 【Must】- At least 4-5 years of experience with corporate planning, project management, or administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Japanese Speaking (minimum JLPT N1) in speaking, listening, and writing is essential to interpret and translate during meetings. Also, liaise with the headquarters in Japan.
- Experience working with multiple departments, both internal and external, to manage projects.

【Preferable】- Experience assisting with the establishment of new companies.
- Experience with energy projects
- Experienced in investing in start-ups and analysing the results of those investments.**English Level**:
