Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Planning Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Group, overseeing the Company Action Plan, and managing educational systems, including training programs and content development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with a proven track record of success. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Digital Transformation Working Group and contribute to corporate innovation. You will also be responsible for preparing MS PowerPoint presentation decks and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent information flow.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Manager and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Group
  2. Oversee the Company Action Plan and serve as Corporate Coordinator
  3. Manage educational systems, including training programs and content development
  4. Lead the Digital Transformation Working Group
  5. Prepare MS PowerPoint presentation decks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in building construction and project coordination, with a proven record of success
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint; knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is an added advantage
