We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and resourceful Freelance Event Coordinator to join our team and help bring events to life

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements for events.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and themed parties.
  • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide creative input for event concepts, themes, and decor.
  • Handle client communication professionally and promptly throughout the event planning process.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve during events to address any last-minute challenges.
  • Ensure all events align with The Party Plan's quality standards and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management (freelance or full-time).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A good network of vendors, suppliers, and venues in Singapore is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, event planning software, or other project management tools is an advantage.
