About Us

Alangkaar is a leading wedding and events company in Singapore, specializing in full-service event planning, photography, videography, décor, catering, and bridal services. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinators to ensure our weddings and events run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage wedding events from setup to completion.
  • Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee logistics such as décor setup, sound, lighting, and catering coordination.
  • Manage guest flow, registration counters, and program timelines.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and monitor event checklists and reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding or event coordination (hospitality/event background preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long hours during event days.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a client-first mindset.
