Singapore Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Planning**
- Engage in various corporate planning activities, including but not limited to:

- Organizing meetings (BOD, AGM)
- Governance and managing group companies in APAC
- Drafting and implementing of internal policies
- FP&A, tax planning, cash management
- Act as a liaison between HQ & Regional stakeholders
**Business Development**
- Conduct research, analysis, and plan strategies (including partnership) to expand Rakuten businesses in APAC
- Execute business development plan and work closely with various business units
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders in project management
- Identify potential investment and acquisition opportunities
**Must Have**:

- Good project management skills with wide knowledge of corporate functions (accounting/ finance/ tax/ legal)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to converse in both English and Japanese as you will be required to work closely with various stakeholder and senior management based in Japan
**Good to have**:

- Able to converse in Mandarin would be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $9,000.00 per month
