For this newly created role, we are looking for an experienced **Director of Operations, APAC **to set up, oversee and scale our regional operations. You will wear many hats - from meticulous planning, to creating and driving operational efficiencies in processes and above all, be a strong leader driving the business forward.

**Job Scope**:

- Reporting directly to the co-founder/COO, you will work closely together to lead and own the operations strategy
- You will challenge the status quo and find innovative ways to improve the operations ecosystem
- Setup/Ideate, optimize, implement & monitor operational SOPs
- Setup, analyze and track KPIs to improve overall operational performance, and take customer experience to the next level
- Collaborate with the country ops teams - implement SOPs & KPIs, allocate resources and coach local team members

**Requirements**:

- A proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position in a fast moving company
- 7+ years of operations experience in a labour intensive business (tech/startup experience is not essential but is a plus)
- Excellent analytical & data analysis skills, incl. working knowledge of operational KPIs
- High attention to detail
- Skilled in & passionate about setting up & improving processes
- Great leadership abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
