Membership Engagement & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of membership services, including member onboarding, renewals, and inquiries
- Maintain and update the membership database, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support financial processes, including tracking payments, issuing invoices, and reconciling membership fees
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Coordinate engagement activities, including networking events, workshops, and webinars
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for relevant committees and working groups

Industry Development
- Build and identify collaboration opportunities with eco-system partners, government agencies, and stakeholders for industry growth
- Conduct / co-organise industry market studies, focus group, research, data analysis and business reports to support programmes and initiatives for industry development
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand the association and its members’ reach and impact in Singapore and the region
- Identify and coordinate participation of WMRAS members in international events

Marketing & Communication
- Assist in content creation, design and distribution for social media platforms, newsletters, website updates, annual reports and marketing materials
- Support event planning and coordination, including preparing promotional materials, managing logistics, and providing on-site assistance
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing communication calendars, support internal communications initiatives, and monitor media coverages
