Job Summary:
Our organization is looking for a hands-on Finance manager to manage the outsourced finance and accounting functions for our entities in Greater Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our outsourcing partner to ensure all transactional activities and treasury related tasks are accurately and efficiently performed. You will also be responsible for managing the local regulatory reporting and other statutory reporting and foreign currency reporting. You will report to the Associate Director, Controller Greater Asia and will work closely with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the entities, including managing outsourced partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactional financial and accounting related activities and treasury tasks.
- Manage and perform month end related activities relating to the Record-to-report process, financial reporting requirements to ensure that it is in accordance with the local GAAP and USGAAP requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the company’s treasury functions, including cash management, bank and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
- Responsible for managing the local regulatory reporting
- Responsible for foreign currency reporting and treasury related activities and banking related issues management.
- Manage the company’s tax obligations and ensure timely payments.
- Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.
- Responsible to ensure SOX compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis as required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation is in place for all financial transactions.
- Responsible for SAP regression/ integration testing for any SAP changes.
- Responsible for management of relationship management with outsourcing service provider
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
- Work with both internal and external auditors to facilitate and support the audit process.
- Any other task as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in finance ,accounting and outsourcing functions.
- Experience working with outsourcing partners and managing transactional activities and treasury tasks.
- Strong understanding of local accounting regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP S4 preferred.
