We are seeking a Finance Director to oversee and manage financial teams across the Asia region, delivering business insight and driving financial performance while ensuring robust financial controls. The successful candidate will work closely with our regional and group finance teams and multi-country executive management teams to support profitable growth through development and execution of financial and operational plans. Roles and Responsibilities Business partner to regional CEO to develop and execute operational and financial plans Analysis, management, and improvement of financial performance Key member of the senior management team with influence and involvement in major strategic and operational decisions Financial Reporting and Control Manage country finance teams to ensure timely reporting to group finance Presentation and explanation of performance against budget, forecast, and prior year Management of balance sheet including hands-on review Ensuring financial control including process management and segregation of duties Managing statutory and US GAAP reporting including annual audit Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance in each country Financial Planning and Analysis Preparation, review, and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts Analyse and monitor company revenue and profitability Preparation and execution of business plans Cash Management and Funding Lead working capital management across the region Preparation and review of cash flow forecasts Working closely with corporate treasury in maintaining controls on payments, authority levels, and management of
