You will work closely with our regional and group finance teams and the multi-country executive management teams to support profitable growth through development and execution of financial and operational plans. As a flexible employer, we’re happy to discuss options that take into consideration your personal needs for this position during your interview.**Responsibility** Business Support* Business partner to regional CEO to develop and execute operational and financial plans* Analysis, management and improvement of financial performance* Key member of the senior management team with influence and involvement in major strategic and operational decisionsFinancial Reporting & Control* Manage country finance teams to ensure timely reporting to group finance, including ongoing development of regional finance hub in Malaysia* Presentation and explanation of performance against budget, forecast and prior year* Management of balance sheet including hands-on review* Ensuring financial control including process management and segregation of duties* Managing statutory and US GAAP reporting including annual audit* Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance in each countryFinancial Planning and Analysis* Preparation, review and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts* Analyse and monitor company revenue and profitability* Preparation and execution of business plansCash Management and Funding* Lead working capital management across the region* Preparation and review of cash flow forecasts* Working closely with corporate treasury in maintaining controls on payments, authority levels and management of
