We are looking for an experienced Global Strategy & Operations professional in our Global Product Marketing organization, to provide business critical insights and analytics, and ensure marekting-wide and cross-functional alignment of strategies, plans, goals and execution. You will enable insight and data-based decision making and strategy setting, while also equipping the TikTok Product Marketing organization to improve efficiency and impact at scale around the world. You will manage planning and operational processes and work cross-functionally with key partners across Marketing, Product, Finance, Partnerships and Sales to solve our toughest product marketing challenges, advocate for high-priority projects, and drive greater operational excellence within Global Product Marketing.

What You'll Do:

- Shape, consolidate and syndicate the strategic narrative and key priorities for TikTok's Global Product Marketing; drive cross-functional alignment on goals and execution of overall strategy
- Drive and streamline the organization’s business planning exercises, goal setting, and consolidated impact measurement activities
- Improve Product Marketing capabilities via data, insights and analytics, scalable processes and organizational efficiencies
- Ensure consolidated metrics and KPI tracking and reporting across product areas and regions
- Ensure Product Marketing resources, including budgets, are efficiently deployed on the right priorities across TikTok product verticals and regions/countries, to improve business impact and overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead ad-hoc strategic projects and requests from executives including, but not limited to, market research, competitor research and analysis, and internal data analysis

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy/operations, or consumer strategic marketing roles, ideally in the consumer tech industry
- Experience presenting information to and developing relationships with executives and cross
- functional colleagues
- Experience bringing together cross-functional teams to collaborate and deliver timely output
- Ability to set goals and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities with mínimal guidance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with peers, leadership and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Passionate about TikTok and our mission
- Comfortable working in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization
- Charismatic, compelling speaker and strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forums
