Strategy and Operations Lead, Business Strategy Operations

This role requires a candidate with a strong background in driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring junior team members, with deeper expertise in relevant areas.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 4 years with an advanced degree
- Experience in Business or Product and Strategy Consulting
- Knowledge of the business cycle
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and business acumen skills, with knowledge of digital ads and Google's business
- Strong networking and collaboration skills across multiple functions
The team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities, and resource allocation to accelerate business growth, and commercializing new Ads products. Responsibilities include building go-to-market infrastructure, enhancing business skills, and ensuring flawless execution and operations aligned with business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Define project scope, focus areas, and analysis to uncover opportunities and align stakeholders
- Gather data and conduct analysis to support executive discussions and insights
- Produce analysis and thought leadership for business planning
- Engage with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners to support product activation
- Design and implement operational processes within your domain
