**Position Summary**

We are looking for a SEA Brand Manager for South East Asia region to be part of our exciting Nespresso Regional team. In this role, you will establish the local Brand Strategy together with the agent markets ( **Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia **), aligned to the overall brand positioning. You would also be required to drive Nespresso’s brand image and increase brand awareness by evaluation of global campaigns & media strategy, develop and amplify communications to local market needs. In addition, you will develop and evaluate PR and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy. This role will have a hybrid reporting structure where it is directly reporting to SEA Business Development Manager and indirectly reporting Asia Marketing Manager. This role will be based in Singapore.
**A day in the life of...**
- Establish Brand Communications to build awareness and reinforce brand positioning
- Brainstorm with markets & validate a localized integrated media strategy/plan to support the marketing strategy and to ensure alignment with global guidelines
- Develop and evaluate (corporate) communications for all channels (in line with local market needs)
- Support in the development of ATL & BTL campaign materials for B2C and B2B
- Evaluate the media plan, and challenge the market teams, media and creative agencies on performance against KPI's
- Establish and leverage relationships with media agency
- Guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g. by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert opinion on key messaging
- Oversee the PR and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy for omni channel B2C & B2B
- Review the omnichannel PR strategy and drive PR for all channels, for both long term and short term media, following international guidelines and in line with the consumer journey strategy
- Validate the Key Opinion Leader strategy (KOL) for each market to optimise publicity
- Oversee marketing events for all channels to further engage prospects & Club members
- Train & guide teams in agent markets
- Support agent markets GM to train & guide their marketing teams on Nespresso brand and ways of working
- Review and provide feedback on marketing organisation structure which supports the Nespresso business
**What will make you successful**
- University degree or equivalent in marketing and/or communication
- At least 5-6 years experience in communications and/or media, preferable with 2-3 years at regional capacity with leadership responsibility, preferable working experience in premium brand / FMCG environment
- Experience in managing external agencies with strong project management skillset. Experience in digital marketing would be an added advantage.
