**Job Description**:
**ROLE OVERVIEW**
The Brand Manager role is accountable for driving growth for Haagen Dazs brand across Southeast Asian Markets. The person will be responsible for working with the regional teams to execute the brand strategy in the markets, drive core growth, while simultaneously launching new products and communication. She/he will have responsibility of P&L, brand budgets and media planning and spends in the markets. Collaborating across cultures and operating in cross-functional teams effectively will be key capabilities for success in this role. It will be critical to have local regional know and FMCG experience within SEA.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to jointly deliver brand priorities
- Brand P&L ownership, both top line and bottom line
- Drives productive discussions and alignments with key stakeholders across markets on recommended actions and expansions, that will deliver significant business growth.
- Understanding of Gate process and working with teams to deliver timely gate updates to key stakeholders.
- Partnering with the global brand team to launch new products & communication, including developing 360 launch and activation plans
- Effective management of the marketing budget, including media planning, KPIs & spends, with a focus on driving ROI on marketing campaigns
- Monthly Business Reporting and Brand reviews, analyzing market performance and present with actionable plan.
- Developing and leading E-commerce platform for the brand.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience (in marketing, e-commerce or media agency)
- Knowledge of the industry trends and trendsetters, familiar with the latest trends in social media
- Strong project management skills
- Full understanding retail environment in SEA markets
- Proven track record of marketing success, for example strong marketing / advertising Campaign development, etc.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Learning Mindset - exhibits curiosity and desire to build expertise
**POSITION SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Diversity of experience: working with distributors, across markets, channels, activation teams
- Able to navigate the matrix, work effectively across boundaries, cultures and languages, and comfortable with remote teams and limited supervision
- Excellent project management. Attention to detail important.
