**Job Scope**:
- Handle monthly payroll processing
- To ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, income tax, Childcare / Maternity / Paternity Leave, etc
- Provide HR administrative support
- Manage employee’s record, on-boarding, off-boarding, insurance renewal, reporting, etc
- Work pass administration
- Prepare HR related contracts and documents
- Assist in any HR initiatives
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR
- Minimum 1 year of Payroll Processing experience
- Good understanding of MOM labour laws
- Independent, proactive and meticulous
- Good team player
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to commence with short notice
