The client, a Non-Profit Organisation, is looking for a HR Executive (Payroll) to join their team.

Manage end-to-end payroll process including overtime, allowances, and statutory claims. Other responsibilities include benefits administration and reporting.

**Challenges**:
Payroll processing
- Calculate, process employees’ compensation using HRIS software, payment vouchers and cheques payment.
- Process employees’ dental, medical outpatient and transport claims using HRIS software.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data and payroll processing.
- Prepare, upload monthly payroll data for approval.
- Schedule bank payments for uploading of payroll.
- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
- Prepare and submission of CPF, NS Claim, Maternity Claim, Childcare Leave Claims, Yearend Tax Preparation (IR8A).
- Prepare and submit IR21 and arrange returning air tickets for foreign employees.
- Ensure timely update of employees’ data in HRIS system.
- Liaise and work closely with outsourced payroll vendor.
- Hand out pay checks to resigned employees.

Reporting
- Generate monthly payroll journal for Finance.
- Generate monthly overtime report.
- Generate monthly active employee report.
- Ad-hoc reports for preschool division, government grants.

Benefits Administration
- Administer various insurance claims.
- Support compensation related activities such as yearly budget, yearly increment and bonus payout, and appraisal exercise.
- Assists with queries from external auditors for payroll related audit exercises
- Attend to employees queries on payroll related matters.
- Handle various government agencies survey.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Min a Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of statutory regulations such as Employment Act, and other employment related legislation
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel in pivot table, VLookup
- Able to handle confidential information
- Must be meticulous, analytical
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player and demonstrate high initiative
