**HR Executive (Central)**
- Assists in the full HR spectrum such as employee lifecycle to include recruitment and on/offboarding, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits and training administration.
- Provides support in formulating HR policies, annual budgeting exercise and employee benefits.
- Assists in communication of HR policies, staff awards, recognition and other HR announcements.
- Responsible for completion and submission of surveys as required by various statutory boards.
- Assists in expatriate management to include income tax matters.
- Manages HR administrative duties such as preparation of HR employment related letters and the maintenance of HR documents.
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Between 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Knowledgeable in government regulatory guidelines and employment laws.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge in payroll administration especially in Ready Software will be advantageous.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Applications.
