**Customer Support Coordinator**

This role is responsible to coordinate and facilitate service attendance for clients across the Asia Pacific region. In collaboration with the Service/Team Manager and Field Service Engineers, this role will work towards achieving departmental objectives and key performance indicators. Additionally, this role is to manage commercial aspects related to departmental activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with company administrative guidelines and procedures.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within and between departments.
- Facilitate and support service jobs planning, coordination and implementation
- Coordinate service support and spare parts sales activities using the ERP system, while assisting in both internal and external customers’ matter and any other ad-hoc assigned duties.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- At least 1 year experience in administrative / technical related sector
- Professional working etiquette
- Meticulous and customer-oriented person
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction and experience with quality service
