**Job Overview**:
We are on the hunt for a dedicated Channel Marketing Manager to orchestrate, manage and enhance our marketing and demand generation strategies across our extensive channel partners and distributors in APAC, including South East Asia, HK/TW, ANZ, and Korea

In the capacity of Channel Marketing Manager, you will be required to nurture and amplify exceptional partner relationships, aid partners in executing Zoom marketing campaigns, and collaborate seamlessly with Zoom's channel team in India and across APAC to align and execute strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking success metrics to inform the evolution of our strategies, ultimately contributing to partner-driven pipeline growth.

This role necessitates extensive cross-functional interaction with internal Zoom teams such as marketing, sales, channel, product, finance, and operations to boost awareness of our diverse partner ecosystem within APAC, and to craft supportive content and processes for the program.

This position calls for an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of thriving within a large organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Steer Zoom’s comprehensive partner marketing strategy within APAC (including distributors, carriers, and resellers)
- Work in synergy with leading alliance partners, such as premier hardware partners, to drive joint demand generation campaigns for channel partners
- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) and joint marketing strategies with partners to steer internal and external strategies. Execute vital assets for joint solutions launch and sales enablement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate strategic plans and initiatives, and influence programs
- Design and carry out end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing, product marketing, and channel teams. This includes aiding in the adaptation and localization of content where necessary
- Oversee and manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) budgets (linked to metrics) and oversee post-campaign reporting. This involves following up with partners to collect data on campaign effectiveness and collaborating with the analytics team to analyze program performance
- Assist key partners in the creation of joint messaging, solutions briefs, presentation slides, business and technical white papers, collateral, and web and social content for both external and internal awareness and education
- Collaborate closely with Partner Enablement to ensure partners receive appropriate training and meet the necessary criteria to maintain their standing within the partner program
- Organize and execute partner-facing and customer-facing events such as trade shows and field events

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in channel marketing within a high-tech or SaaS company
- Substantial partner marketing experience, with a comprehensive understanding of the APAC partner ecosystem. Experience with premier resellers and distributors is highly preferred
