Our Client, a global leader in cloud software and a pioneer in hyperconverged infrastructure, who help customers simplify cloud complexity with an open, software-defined hybrid multicloud platform; is looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to support countries within the APAC region.

**Responsibilities**

**For nominated Client Partners**

On-boarding & introduction
- Quarterly review of nominated concierge list with Client’s team.
- Outbound reach to the list of nominated partners
- Set up 1-1 sessions with ALL nominated partners (new & existing) to run through current quarter campaigns on PDC, programs and tools.
- Pitch and drive adoption rate of at least 1 campaign per quarter per partner.
- Gather partner feedback
- Expectation: Concierge will help and support partner to execute end-to-end campaign(All PDC (Zift Platform) - Digital, Social & Microsite campaigns).

Influence and remind all partner to opt in for lead registrations (or manual leads upload)

**For New Partners acquisition**

1-2 new partners to be added to the list quarterly
- Concierge to work directly with distributors in nominating 1-2 new partners to try out Partner Demand Centre
- Concierge to report and inform local region partner marketing manager on new partners onboarded.
- Once approved, set up 1-1 Session per partner (may include more than one attendee from the same partner)
- Run through current quarter campaigns on PDC, programs and tools.
- Pitch and drive adoption rate of at least 1 campaign per quarter per partner.
- Gather partner feedback

**For Client Distributors.**

1x Quarterly webinar per distributor hosted by the concierge in region to introduce Partner Demand Centre Capabilities
- Total of at least 2 webinars with 2 distributors per quarter
- Host webinar to introduce PDC with distributors - to be completed within the first month of the new quarter.
- Drive registrations for webinar through distributors
- Gather list of partner registrations and attendees and submit to Client partner marketing team after webinar ended

**Reporting**
- Weekly, monthly & quarterly review
- Provide consolidate view/summary of activities to Client team on a monthly basis
- Provide a consolidated reporting view of all partner activities to determine new suggested partners on a quarterly basis.
- Client will provide quarterly Marketing KPIs, such as Marketing qualified leads, Marketing influenced pipeline and Marketing activities target, and measured against them on a best effort basis.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of marketing experience related to channel/partner marketing management
- Demonstrated track record of developing marketing strategies and end-to-end partner related programs that effectively achieve strategic objectives.
- Possesses an enthusiastic personality and self-motivated nature, with the ability to multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Exhibits strong relationship-building skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including collaborating with remote colleagues and partners.
