- Record all Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices into Excel accurately
- Prepare a payment voucher

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting or ‘O’ Level
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
