
Construction Firm Accounts Assistant

An Accounts Assistant is required to assist in the daily accounting operations of a construction firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and verifying personal claims details before submission, recording all Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices into Excel accurately, preparing a payment voucher, maintaining and updating accounting records and files, and supporting in administrative and finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
- Check and verify personal claims details before submission
- Record all Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices into Excel accurately
- Prepare a payment voucher
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Support in administrative and finance-related tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or 'O' Level
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in accounting is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome
