**Job Scope**:

- To lead the Accounting Team and manage the overall workflow and performance of the team
- Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
- Key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high performance and growth
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Prior experience as an Assistant Accounts Manager from accounting / audit firm
- Resourceful, analytical, independent, and meticulous.
- Team player with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
