We are seeking a passionate Client Manager to drive the strategic direction for NTT's largest and most committed clients and help translate their business vision into reality.
- **In this role, you will**:
- Take ownership of named client accounts under JMNC (Japanese Multi National Client) and accountability for the performance achievement in terms of revenue retention, profitability management and growth.
- Effectively articulate how NTT Ltd can bring value to the clients.
- Generate demand by collaborating with sales specialist, pre-sales architects’ team to identify and qualify current needs
- Contribute to the delivery and operation of NTT solutions by initiating the voice of client to internal and external related parties to ensure that the client satisfies with NTT services which leads to more sales opportunities.
- Prospect for new opportunities within an account and engage in business development activities that lead to new business opportunities for NTT Ltd.
- Lead the negotiation of deals with clients and work with other related team to enable conclusion of the deal.
- Deepen relationships with JMNC team in NTT Communications, exploring new opportunities from specific JMNC key clients.
- Work with JMNC team in APAC and other regions to generate regional or global opportunities and to meet the expectation of JMNC key clients.
- Use understanding of the client’s business and depth of knowledge on the technology-specific solution to personalise the recommended solution in line with the client’s need
- 10.Oversees the generation of new business, within existing accounts.
**Client ownership and relationship builder**
1. Take primary responsibility for the client and act as internal client owner within assigned accounts
2. Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion across all solutions and services
3. Responsible for client solution penetration and education, account monitoring and portfolio reporting, and issue resolution ownership
4. Lead the business conversations at manager level
5. Become the reliable point of contact to further strengthen relationships
**Client and industry expert**
1. Gain insights into client’s most urgent business problems or business opportunities while linking how our solutions and services offerings can add client business value
2. Maintain a high level of the relevant industry, product, and service knowledge to have meaningful conversations and generally stay ahead of trends
3. Collect and analyze data to learn more about the client and the industry in which they operate
**Owning the sales process**
1. Collaboratively work with extended sales teams, especially JMNC team in other countries, Sales Specialists, pre-sales architects, and commercial architects to successfully position the solution and/or service and see the opportunity through to closure
2. Partner with internal teams to ensure the scope of work and proposals are tracked, managed, and delivered on time
3. Work closely with other in territory counterparts and matrix teams to achieve the shared goal of growth; yet are held accountable for own targets
4. Use NTT Ltd.’s sales methodologies and tools such as target plans, opportunity plans and account plans to support the sales process and data-driven insights
5. Develop and implement an opportunity plan, to provide regular check-ins with the primary point of contact and have an established process for getting buy-in from all stakeholders
**Deal structuring**
1. Create comprehensive client business plans and engage in complex deal negotiation to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
2. Engage in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts designed to protect existing business and win new deals.
3. Lead business negotiations for contracts ensuring deals are risk-free and profitable
4. Client retention and expansion
5. Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts
6. Land, adopt, expand, renew - Identify client business needs with a view to help shape solution development by the wider pursuit teams
7. Actively search for expansion opportunities
**Education**
2. Post Graduate Diploma such as an MBA or similar would be advantageous.

4. Experienced in JMNC market can be advantage but not mandatory.
