- Position Title**:Logistics and Procurement Admin/ Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator**:
- Working Location: Commonwealth Ln (Nearby the MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting records, and storing of inventory.
- Ensure outgoing and incoming shipments are done on time, within budget, and to the exact location.
- Preparing shipping documents (e.g., airway bills, bills of lading, purchase orders, delivery orders, certificates of beneficiary, etc.).
- Preparing export LC documents for negotiation and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC.
- Familiar with shipping incoterms.
- Liaise with shipping companies, transport contractors, and inter-department to ensure timely clearance and smooth flow of shipments.
- Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Responsible for procurement process and sourcing in a timely manner.
- Effectively acquire the most relevant and cost-effective deals.
- Managing and dispatching spare parts requests.
- Sourcing and managing suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders, and maintaining good business relationships.

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
