Supports the Procurement Manager throughout the entire procurement process
- Keys-in Purchase Order details
- Sends over Purchase Orders to vendors
- Liaises and negotiates with vendors as instructed by the Procurement Manager
- Prepares the Weekly Procurement Cost Report, Long Lead Monitoring List, and Monthly Procurement Status Report
- Prepares Packing List, Commercial Invoice and other shipping documents required for overseas projects
- Keeps track of Purchase Order status
- Assist warehouse in receiving, monitoring and inspecting purchased items
- liaise with end-users on requirements, as well as for feedback on puchased items
- Involve in buying of raw material such as steel, cables and mechanical items.
- Provides general admin support functions whenever needed by the organization.
