**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to patient enquiries, providing relevant information to patient
- Prepare daily document for submission to relevant department
- Sending out daily invoices and billing information
- Systematically electronically file all documents
- Prepare monthly closing reports
- Ensure accuracy of record keeping and filing
- General customer service duties

**Job Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
- Proactive, committed and self-motivated
- Positive team player who is also able to work independently
- Meticulous is a requirement
- Singaporeans welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
