The AIA Internship Programme is designed to help you acquire invaluable industry knowledge and build your financial and management skillsets under the mentorship of experienced professionals. You will also get to experience the unique AIA culture of believing in better by participating in various projects, AIA Vitality and community engagement activities.

Internship scope:

- Structured and systematic lessons to learn about Personal Finance Mastery.
- Sponsored licensing papers (RESS/M9/M9A and HI).
- Marketing strategies and business development concepts.
- Mentored by Award-winning Practitioners.
- Networking among like-minded individuals like yourself.
- Take charge of your health and wellness through the AIA Vitality Intern Challenge
- Give back to the community through the corporate social responsibility (CSR) day with AIA.

**Requirements**:

- Possess initiative with positive attitude, ability to work as a team.
- Intrinsically-motivated and results oriented and good follow up skills.
- Open-minded and willing to learn.
- Undergraduates/ ORD Personnel/ Entry Level applicants are welcomed.
- Min. "A" Levels or Diploma Qualification.

Renumeration:

- Completion of 6 weeks - $1,500 (Attendance based).
- Best Intern Award ($200 to $1,500) and a letter of recommendation from AIA.
