- We are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals to join us as: Senior Executive, Finance

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data entries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
- Monitor fund balance and send regular fund balance from various programmes’ bank accounts to operation teams
- Prepare monthly reports and reconciliation of the fund balances
- Prepare invoices for cost recovery from external parties and training courses provided by the company
- Prepare reports and supporting documents for the annual special and statutory audit
- Any other ad hoc finance or inter-departmental duties as assigned

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Diploma in accounting or business administration at the minimum.
- At least 5 years working experience in finance / accounting field. Experience in charity organization is a bonus but not a must
- Meticulous, strong numbers analysis, effective communicator, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-pace environment
