**Job Overview**
- Your primary role is to drive the Group’s performance which includes review, audit and support to the hotel businesses to identify and implement solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of operations, project or program.
- This role involves managing requirements at the operations and/or project or program level that can help fulfill business needs. You will be involved in auditing hotel finance and accounting and operations. When required, you may also be assigned to cover the role of hotel’s Financial Controller for a period of time.
- Review and driving hotel’s financial performance
- analyze and benchmark hotel performance
- identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Audit
- hotel operation process and ensure compliance of policies and procedures, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements
- identify inefficiency and deficits and areas in need of changes and improvements
- plan efficiencies and monitor performance, elicit requirements and areas for improvements, translate and simplify requirements, review and recommend changes to standard operating procedures and policy and procedures, when necessary
- Feasibility studies and projects
- Assist with the preparation of the business case, operational and financial audit and review
- Drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
- Projection participation - To hold a strategy role in key projects eg procurement project, HRIS project, etc
- Any other ad hoc assignments
- To cover the role of hotel’s Financial Controller as and when required
- To cover Business Controller routine tasks as and when require

**Requirements**:
- A competent graduate with a degree in Accounting or Business
- More than 8 years of relevant finance experience in hospitality industry
- Internal or external audit experience and hotel operation experience will be a plus
- Good written and verbal communication
- Independent, well organized and systematic in work. Meticulous and has an eye for detail
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Frequent travelling is expected (approximately 50%)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
