7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Prior experience growing SAP businesses, experience working with SAP partners and the SAP ecosystem.
- Track record of building rapport with C-Suite customer executives. Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
- 25% travel required.

Key job responsibilities
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for AWS Migration & Modernization and VMWare workloads on AWS.
- Meet or exceed the assigned sales revenue targets.
- Defines, builds and deploys sales campaigns & programs to migrate and modernize on-premise, virtualized or other cloud Infrastructures to AWS environments..
- Engages in senior level customer meetings to discuss customer’s business issues and explores how AWS Modernization can help address and resolve customer issues.
- Manage business with the senior management regarding progress for strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
